5e7d9a30c9 Sub: GCS_MAVLink: fix SCALED_PRESSURE3 for standard users
Adds fallback behaviour so users with a third barometer can get their data, at least when it's not used in conjunction with the temperature sensor that the initial reallocation workaround was being used for.

749cf9a600 AP_HAL_Linux: Add support to Raspberry Pi 5
The Raspberry Pi 5 has a coprocessor that takes care of the IO over the BCM.
This adds support to the new RP1 processor.
