docs(community): hide ubuntu specific guides from the sidebar (#435) 
Official documentation works for all Ubuntu LTS distros. There's no reason to have Ubuntu guides in different places, especially with the community guide being outdated and confusing users.

docs: display note for php-posix and composer v2 
Provide instructions to check composer version and a note for php-posix requirement for self-upgrade.

Some users skip or are unaware of this causing them issues during dependency installation or self-upgrade.

PHP Repo Debian 10 Change (#372) 
* PHP Repo

Personally, this is the only way I can get PHP installed nowadays. Used to work fine the old way before PHP 8 came out but now it just gives me the error php modules are not found and this fixes it for me.

* docs: add basic packages and change to curl

Includes basic packages to proceed in case they are not already in the distro source. Change wget to curl for consistency
