Karsten Blees d6271ce991 git-wrapper: fix HOME initialization 
git-wrapper fails to initialize HOME correctly if $HOMEDRIVE$HOMEPATH
points to a disconnected network drive.

Check if the directory exists before using $HOMEDRIVE$HOMEPATH.
