Today, they switched from .lz to .lzh

There's a decent chance, they are monitoring this and/or the blocklists.

Maybe becoming a bit more proactive and adding a larger amount of common archive extensions to the blocklist would be helpful: https://fileinfo.com/filetypes/compressed

Thank you again for keeping an eye on these! I've updated the blacklists to contain that long set of compressed file extensions.
