Hi there,

First off, thanks for your hard work on Cleanuparr — it’s a great tool!

One feature I’d love to see added is native support for Telegram notifications, alongside the existing Apprise and Notifiarr options.

Telegram is a very popular platform among users (myself included), and I already use it with Prowlarr, so having direct support here would be super helpful and consistent with the rest of the *arr ecosystem.
