Before submitting a help request, I have:

  • Reviewed the documentation.
  • Ensured I am using ghcr.io/cleanuparr/cleanuparr docker repository.
  • Ensured I am using the latest version.
  • Enabled verbose logging.

How can we help?

I just came across this and wanted to give it a go but I can no access it, I installed it on my Windows Mini PC Server where all my other *arr apps are but I am not able to access via my main PC (all on same internal network)
If I remote Desktop in I can access the app fine, I am not able to see a place where I bind it to a ip and not local host

Fixed it, the firewall on my main PC was blocking the incoming from that port for some odd reason lol

No its defo bound, I had this with sonarr back in the day, and as soon as I set the bound ip it worked perfect, radarr on the other had didn't have this issues, so its not a network issues its a windows oddity that I haven't been able to pin down for years lol

This is what comes up after installing it on my Windows machine.

So it is not bound to localhost. Seems like it's listening to any IP and you might have your networking done wrong. Check your firewall rules and such.
