Before submitting a help request, I have:

  • Reviewed the documentation.
  • Ensured I am using ghcr.io/cleanuparr/cleanuparr docker repository.
  • Ensured I am using the latest version.
  • Enabled verbose logging.

How can we help?

I read the docs twice, but I haven't found a way to set Cleanuparr to only manage downloads with particular label. I found the opposite, which is to skip particular labels, but that's very much not the right way to do it since the sonarr and radarr both add labels to them, while manual downloads don't.

Download Cleaner only processes items based on categories/labels (named differently depending on your download client).

If I enable it, will it clean my non-arr downloads/seeds?

You did not mention which feature this is about. Also Cleanuparr uses categories to include certain downloads, which is what the arrs are also using, so why is that not an option?

Sorry, I lost track of this issue.
I have several torrents I am seeding perpetually (not related to any of the *arr app) that I do not want Clenuparr to touch.

Queue Cleaner and Malware Blocker only process stuff from the arr queues, so no need for that. Download Cleaner only processes items based on categories/labels (named differently depending on your download client).

Like I mentioned before, it will process only items that have whatever categories/labels you've configured in the settings. If you're using a certain label for both arr and non-arr downloads, they're all going to be processed.
