What would you like to see implemented next?

This is probably out of scope, but can't hurt to ask. It would be awesome if download cleaner could change the category of torrents in a specified category's after x time seeding or idle, or an amount of ratio seeded.

Scenario

Downloaded torrent has Category01
The downloaded torrent seeds to ratio 1.0, is idle for 60 minutes, or seeded for 3 hours.
The torrents category is updated to Category02

Reason
Faster SSD and NVMe drives would be able to be used more effectively while idle or slowed torrents could be moved to slower higher capacity drives.
