Right now it's a bit hard to decipher which items currently has strikes and how many. The only way is to go through the event log.

It would be nice to have a table that simply lists:
Platform (radarr/sonarr) - Item Name / Torrent Name - Number of strikes

That way you could easily have a glance over the currently striked downloads

It does work but in my opinion is much hard to have a quick glance at. I wouldn't replace the current event log but rather just add a table showing the current downloads and the strike status.
Edit: as well as recently deleted downloads possibly
