What would you like to see implemented next?

Occasionally my download client gets into a firewalled state every once in a while, since it is bound to my VPN using gluetun on docker. When that happens I can reset the VPN, but while it is firewalled the torrents accumulate false strikes from being stalled due to the issue with the VPN. It would be nice for cleanuparr to check for firewalled status before assigning a download a strike.

I don't currently own a VPN license. Are you able to provide any license and support for implementing and testing this feature?

I'm not sure how to read the information from qbittorrent, but when the client is disconnected or firewalled, there's a small red globe or fire icon respectively on the bottom status bar., Towards the middle right. When it is connected and everything is okay, there's a green globe. If there's a way to look at the status of individual torrents it woul
