Hardware / BIOS: update A10 BIOS to version 35

The actual BIOS binary blob hasn't changed, this mainly changes
the command issued through startup.nsh. This command is applicable
to the A20 and A30 platforms as well, so these will be updated
automatically when the new versions come out.
