* Treat `...` in jsdoc type as creating a synthetic rest parameter -- not as an array type

* Change type parsing so `...T[]` parses as `...(T[])` and not `(...T)[]`

* Replace the last parameter with ...args, and make access to it potentially undefined

* Code review
