* Hack everything together

* Add test

* Remove realpath from program

* Ensure symlinked directories are directories

* Revert unnecessary change

* Update baselines

* Use host program realpath on AutoImportProviderProject files before program creation

* Which fixes hasRoots() too

* Apply suggestions from code review
