ServerManagerImpl now removes per-server mirrorStore entries and updates restoredMirroredServers when removing an identifier, and clears mirrorStore and restoredMirroredServers when removeAll() is called. The allKeys set is captured before mutating the cache so mirror keys are included in deletedServers.
