There is a long term bug in iOS which calls widget timelines several
times even though once would be enough to render the widget. Since
apparently Apple is not giving attention to that and out custom widgets
make data calls, this PRs ads a small cache to prevent unecessary data
calls.

Due to the items displayed in the watch sometimes having all the same ID
but different properties, swiftui list decides that no update is

This PR will change the approach of how the app keeps it's data updated
by not subscribing to all state changes and only periodic updating it's
app entities instead.
This will avoid several issues where users experience their app to
freeze due to 9k entities updating every second and notifying the app.

I couldn't find the explanation for why this happens but having THClient
as a class variable inside ThreadClientService makes notifications
attachment to not be displayed.
Besides that this PR also clean up some ghosts folders that I created
and forgot to delete and rename THClientService protocol to not have
prefix TH avoiding confusion with Apple prefixes

As the [minimum watchOS is

Add screen to list all thread credentials in keychain + transfer to HA.
This screen will also work as a way to visually validate when we start
transferring HA thread credentials in Apple keychain.

As [lowerCamelCase came to Swift a long time
ago](https://www.hackingwithswift.com/swift/3.0/lower-camel-case), this
PR is changing the casing in `AppConfiguration`.

## Summary
Swift lint and swiftformat are outdated. This PR does update those +
applies the new formatting form swiftformat.
There is 1 swift file with a manual change:
`Sources/Vehicle/Templates/Areas/CarPlayAreasViewModel.swift`. This is
done because `swiftlint` did create the following swiftlint error:
`error: Cyclomatic Complexity Violation: Function should have complexity
10 or less; currently complexity is 11 (cyclomatic_complexity)`.
Because it does change a lot of files the question is if we want to
finetune the `swiftformat` rules.

## Summary
Instead of showing "iPad" we now show the correct name again.

`UIDevice.current.name` on Catalyst incorrectly protects the computer
name behind an entitlement which isn't granted on Mac (we have it on
other platforms). Since Mac doesn't have this entitlement, bridge to
AppKit land and grab the value from there.
