For some reason Realm database migration was not being called event
though scheme version was already bumped to 28, apparently this was
caused by watch complication that was accessing realm passing specific
object types

Based on user feedback, color customisation is important on their iOS
Actions, in widgets and Apple Watch, so this PR adds this option back
but with a little modification, we will first enforce the tile card
design as the standard, if the user wants to use custom colors it has to
enable "custom colors" toggle in actions configuration screen. (I will
also make a PR in Core to be able to configure that via YAML)
This PR also makes the "default" background color for watch items to be
dark instead of white.

When Realm was accessed it was bringing up to 20mb to memory, which
helped exceeding 30mb (extensions limit) causing crash on widgets.

## Summary
Swift lint and swiftformat are outdated. This PR does update those +
applies the new formatting form swiftformat.
There is 1 swift file with a manual change:
`Sources/Vehicle/Templates/Areas/CarPlayAreasViewModel.swift`. This is
done because `swiftlint` did create the following swiftlint error:
`error: Cyclomatic Complexity Violation: Function should have complexity
10 or less; currently complexity is 11 (cyclomatic_complexity)`.
Because it does change a lot of files the question is if we want to
finetune the `swiftformat` rules.

By default, Realm does not compact its database and [they recommend
doing so in
production](https://www.mongodb.com/docs/realm/sdk/swift/realm-files/compacting/):
> Every production application should implement a
`shouldCompactOnLaunch` callback to periodically reduce the realm file
size.
This enables compaction when the database contains more than 50% free
space in its on-disk representation. We periodically delete old models
at runtime by age, so we expect this to be the case.
Fixes#2214.

dependencies (as many both require Xcode 14 to update and would not work
with it without updating).

This excludes `arm64` (new in Xcode 14) from watchOS builds. This is due
to App Store Connect having a bad heuristic for file size:

size is sub-25 MB, so I don't think this is testing the right thing. In
either case, we're somehow below whatever the limit actually is with
just `arm64_32_v8` and `arm_v7k` slices.
The first build on TF using the Xcode 14 build for distribution is
2022.413.
## Summary
The webview resolves itself to the lowercased version of the URL, so any comparisons we do to determine if we need to reload result in reloading.

Some reports of this [on Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/comments/snz9g0/every_time_app_loses_focus_causes_lovelace_to/). This was found in the (only) logs I've received so far, and I can reproduce the issue for this specific reason. Could be other oversights.
