This adds back a warning about the internal URL usage.
User needs to provide location permission "Always" so the App is able to
determine if the internal URL should be used or not, which also prevent
wrong usage on public network.
Within this warning there is also an option to disregard this security
concern and always use the internal URL when no other URL is available
at that moment.

This PR will change the approach of how the app keeps it's data updated
by not subscribing to all state changes and only periodic updating it's
app entities instead.
This will avoid several issues where users experience their app to
freeze due to 9k entities updating every second and notifying the app.

To avoid using internal URL out of local network, this PR makes
"activeURL" optional, and it will not use internalURL when out of local
network.
Tested the internal/external logic on:

- Widgets
For VPN users, they have to set external URL the same as internal URL to
have their setup working.

This is a rough pass. I used #2897 as a launching point - I read it
carefully as this is my first ever code contribution for Swift / iOS,
WatchOS project but I think I had enough heuristics to manage to
_possibly_ get it in the vicinity of it being correct.
I also used `Sources/Shared/API/Webhook/Sensors/BatterySensor.swift` for
including an additional `Battery State` sensor, while exposing both
sensors similarly in name like it's another device.
I think it could still be improved by using
`Sources/Shared/API/Webhook/Sensors/BatterySensor.swift` as a reference.
I tried to change as little as possible.
I wasn't sure if I needed to add anything to
`Sources/App/WatchCommunicatorService.swift`, considering the commit in
#2897,

- I will lean heavily on comments and will iterate where requested, if
the changes aren't edited directly by the maintainers. @bgoncal

sharedEventDeviceInfo contains "sourceDevicePermanentID",
"sourceDeviceName" and "sourceDeviceID" values.
It is used in other action events (such as event triggered from the
Apple Watch). "sourceDeviceName" can be used to send an actionable
notification back to the device that was used to scan tag. Currently
it's not possible, since these values are not dispatched in the event
body.

For some reason Realm database migration was not being called event
though scheme version was already bumped to 28, apparently this was
caused by watch complication that was accessing realm passing specific
object types
Test process:
- Checkout commit c257fa21f6
- Run App in iPhone and watch (with some Actions created)
- Checkout commit 2c8470e5fe
- Run App in iPhone and watch
> - this was crashing in watch and now it is running the migration
block.

Based on user feedback, color customisation is important on their iOS
Actions, in widgets and Apple Watch, so this PR adds this option back
but with a little modification, we will first enforce the tile card
design as the standard, if the user wants to use custom colors it has to
enable "custom colors" toggle in actions configuration screen. (I will
also make a PR in Core to be able to configure that via YAML)
This PR also makes the "default" background color for watch items to be
dark instead of white.
