- `static let` plays nicely with modern Swift concurrency (async/await)
- `static let` makes it impossible to mutate the values - causing
undefined behavior in some cases
## Summary
Swift lint and swiftformat are outdated. This PR does update those +
applies the new formatting form swiftformat.
There is 1 swift file with a manual change:
`Sources/Vehicle/Templates/Areas/CarPlayAreasViewModel.swift`. This is
done because `swiftlint` did create the following swiftlint error:
`error: Cyclomatic Complexity Violation: Function should have complexity
10 or less; currently complexity is 11 (cyclomatic_complexity)`.
Because it does change a lot of files the question is if we want to
finetune the `swiftformat` rules.

## Summary
A server change (e.g. active URL changing) triggers a save [which is
rejected due to being deleted] which causes a notification which causes
a server change which… ad infinitum. This prevents notifying that
connection info changed when the server save was blocked for some
reason.
This also moves the 'deleted server' identifier cache to be in
UserDefaults so extensions don't resurrect deleted servers, which seems
to be a recurring problem.

## Summary
When set to "None", all sensors sent to the server will be redacted.

## Any other notes
This also updates location when changing location privacy & sensors when changing sensor privacy, so the data server-side will be most-up-to-date.
## Summary
Changing the version wasn't considered enough of a change to update the value, so once the server version was initially set it couldn't change.
## Any other notes
Extra relevant because the version check in #1987 is a very recent version.
Changes the server name row into an editable one, persists along with the server and uses it everywhere. Basically identical to 'device name' in functionality there.
Also hides the 'activate' button if there's only one server.
Fixes regression from #1941.
## Summary
The default value of `.max` isn't adjusted to a real one until after onboarding is finished, but we do a model fetch _during_ onboarding to test that it works.
