## Summary
SnapshottablePreviews applied in the LocationHistoryListView and
Widgets.
In LocationHistoryListView, due to how Realm is used and how previews
are implemented under the hood, the injected data is written both on
`init` and `onAppear`.
For Widgets, not all the previews are visible. This is a limitation of
the previews UI.
I also ended up removing the duplicate snapshots that would assert the
behavior when more than the allowed tiles were passed. This can be
restored if preferred.

## Summary
In this PR I set to migrate the LocationHistoryList to SwiftUI, to
reduce the dependency in Eureka. This screen was picked at random.
As this screen is presented from two different places, SettingsDetail
and Debug screens, also updated the code in the corresponding classes.
The LocationHistory list reacts to changes.
### LocationHistoryDetail
LocationHistoryDetailViewController also gained a SwiftUI wrapper in
order for it to be presented from the new LocationHistoryListView.
This wrapper syncs the navigation items between the wrapped View
Controller and the parent.
Move functionality also got migrated.
### Misc changes
- Support for M4 added to the Gemfile.lock (added automatically)
- New extension for safe subscripting in arrays added.

## Summary
Swift lint and swiftformat are outdated. This PR does update those +
applies the new formatting form swiftformat.
There is 1 swift file with a manual change:
`Sources/Vehicle/Templates/Areas/CarPlayAreasViewModel.swift`. This is
done because `swiftlint` did create the following swiftlint error:
`error: Cyclomatic Complexity Violation: Function should have complexity
10 or less; currently complexity is 11 (cyclomatic_complexity)`.
Because it does change a lot of files the question is if we want to
finetune the `swiftformat` rules.

Starting in iOS 15, there's a number of crashes happening in the background with Realm. They don't appear to be due to the file lock in the shared app container, but this may help resolve them either way -- easy to see if the next beta doesn't crash a bunch.
Fixes#1620.
## Summary
Prevents doing a location update just after a region event -- within 30 seconds. Region events may have accuracy fuzzing which the significant location change wouldn't know about, so it would override the fuzz. Region events are never prevented.
## Any other notes
This also makes processor events queue up rather than all executing simultaneously, both so we can make sure we don't do this error case and so we don't have other weird state transitions that I can't think of.
Fixes#1305.
## Summary
Enables the new-to-macOS 11 interface idiom of Mac, which removes any interface scaling and brings more Mac-like UI.

## Any other notes
- Updates Settings on Big Sur to use a toolbar to swap between root-level settings screens.
- Fixes blurry web view, only on Big Sur.
- `UISwitch` as a checkbox looks kind of weird; may need to do some Eureka-level changes to make SwitchRow use the `title` property on `UISwitch` to make it connected so the whole thing is clickable. This gets weird because the font size is larger for this property.
## Summary
Fixes crash due to out-of-bounds array access.
## Any other notes
Not the first time, and definitely not the last time, that endIndex being non-inclusive tricks me.
Adds new fastlane lanes:
- `fastlane lint` which checks the linters
- `fastlane autocorrect` which applies the linters which can autocorrect (Rubocop, SwiftFormat)
Adds a build step to the Codegen abstract target which runs SwiftFormat in lint mode, pointing out what it's going to change when run.
Applies SwiftFormat to nearly all code -- exempts a few externally-sourced files and generated code.
- Combines all .entitlements into either: App-iOS, App-catalyst, WatchApp, Extension-iOS or Extension-catalyst.
- Cleans up and renames all the schemes to match target names
- Moves around several folders and deletes some old files.
- Converts Podfile to be hierarchical, rather than calling shared methods.
- Always runs MaterialDesignIcons script; aborts early if it's up-to-date.
- Updates all dependencies.
This is somewhat in prep of being able to make the project file generated, but also just organizes things into more concrete directory structures.
This pulls out _all_ of the build settings from the root level, and most from the target level, into xcconfigs.
The new directory structure looks like:
- Sources
- App
- (everything from HomeAssistant/)
- WatchApp
- Shared
- MacBridge
- Extensions
- Intents
- NotificationContent
- NotificationService
- Share
- Today
- Watch
- Widgets
- Tests
- App
- UI
- Shared
Somewhat intentionally, the file structure under these is not yet standardized/organized.
The project targets are now:
- App
- WatchApp
- Shared-iOS
- Shared-watchOS
- MacBridge
- Tests-App
- Tests-UI
- Tests-Shared
- Extension-Intents
- Extension-NotificationContent
- Extension-NotificationService
- Extension-Share
- Extension-Today
- Extension-Widget
- WatchExtension-Watch
This does not yet clean up resources vs. sources, nor does it handle some of the "it's in Sources/App but it's part of Shared" crossover directory issues.
