## Summary
Implements native web content search using WKWebView's find interaction
API (iOS 16+). Pressing Command+F on macCatalyst now opens the standard
iOS find panel with search, navigation, and match highlighting.
**Implementation:**
- Enabled `isFindInteractionEnabled` on WKWebView in `viewDidLoad()`
- Added Command+F key command that calls `showFindInteraction()` to
present find navigator
- Added "Find" menu item to View menu with keyboard shortcut
- Localized in English only (base localization)
**Platform availability:**
- macCatalyst only (keyboard shortcuts conditionally compiled)
- iOS 16.0+ (graceful fallback for older versions)

## Summary
In this PR I set to migrate the LocationHistoryList to SwiftUI, to
reduce the dependency in Eureka. This screen was picked at random.
As this screen is presented from two different places, SettingsDetail
and Debug screens, also updated the code in the corresponding classes.
The LocationHistory list reacts to changes.
### LocationHistoryDetail
LocationHistoryDetailViewController also gained a SwiftUI wrapper in
order for it to be presented from the new LocationHistoryListView.
This wrapper syncs the navigation items between the wrapped View
Controller and the parent.
Move functionality also got migrated.
### Misc changes
- Support for M4 added to the Gemfile.lock (added automatically)
- New extension for safe subscripting in arrays added.

## Summary
Swift lint and swiftformat are outdated. This PR does update those +
applies the new formatting form swiftformat.
There is 1 swift file with a manual change:
`Sources/Vehicle/Templates/Areas/CarPlayAreasViewModel.swift`. This is
done because `swiftlint` did create the following swiftlint error:
`error: Cyclomatic Complexity Violation: Function should have complexity
10 or less; currently complexity is 11 (cyclomatic_complexity)`.
Because it does change a lot of files the question is if we want to
finetune the `swiftformat` rules.

Updates to building with Xcode 14 as the minimum. Updates all
dependencies (as many both require Xcode 14 to update and would not work
with it without updating).

This excludes `arm64` (new in Xcode 14) from watchOS builds. This is due
to App Store Connect having a bad heuristic for file size:

has exceeded the 75MB size limit.
Our binary file is larger than 75 MB unthinned and our thinned install

Adds the option to open links from the companion app within a private
browser tab, if the selected browser has this feature (via universal
links). The new "Open in Private Tab" UI toggle in settings only shows

to support this (Focus/Klar are private by default and Safari/Chrome
don't have a way to open a private or incognito tab at present). That
said, the code is written to be extensible should this change later.
Note that if this new option isn't selected, we can't force Firefox to
open a link in a "non-private" tab – Firefox iOS [intentionally
uses](https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/blob/main/Client/Application/NavigationRouter.swift#L216-L217)
the last mode Firefox was in by default when opening URLs.

Best as I can tell, whenever it's disabled globally, we get 'denied' as the status back. It's possible some environments on Mac (likely which are patching/overriding location services or something) do not keep this constraint.

- Pulls all of the onboarding steps out of segue-based storyboards and into code.
- Merges authentication with scanning/manual, reducing steps in auth.
- Removes the "checklist" final screen.

- Moves permissions from an opt-in "which would you like?" to a required "you must accept/decline this permission" for each permission. See notes below for why.
- Removes the team migration warning from last year.
- Adds landscape & dynamic type support to onboarding. I didn't bother to make the DT do live-updating though.
- Fills in internal & external URL, sets active SSID if possible after location permission.
- Connects to internal URL from discovery instead of base (external) URL.

Apple is actively blocking 2021.10 (only on iOS) because of an unwritten part of [rule 5.1.1](https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/#5.1.1), saying:
> **Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage**

> We noticed your app encourages or directs users to allow the app to access the location. Specifically, your app directs the user to grant permission in the following way(s):

> - A message appears before the permission request, and the user can close the message and delay the permission request with the "Continue" button. The user should always proceed to the permission request after the message.

This is of course referring to our screen which looks like this:

I love that they're cherry-picking the location part of this when we allow users to do a number of things on this screen. I believe the part of 5.1.1 that they are alluding to here is:
> (iv) Access: Apps must respect the user’s permission settings and not attempt to manipulate, trick, or force people to consent to unnecessary data access. For example, apps that include the ability to post photos to a social network must not also require microphone access before allowing the user to upload photos. Where possible, provide alternative solutions for users who don’t grant consent. For example, if a user declines to share Location, offer the ability to manually enter an address.
They do link to the Human Interface Guidelines' [Accessing User Data](https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines/ios/app-architecture/accessing-user-data/) whose section "Displaying Custom Messaging Before the Alert" says:
> **Make it clear that opening the system alert is the only action people can take in your custom-messaging screen.** People can interpret a pre-alert message as a delaying tactic, so it’s critical to let them quickly dismiss the message and view the system alert. If you display a custom screen that precedes a privacy-related permission request, it must offer only one action, which must display the system alert. Use a word like "Continue" to title the action; don’t use "Allow" or other terms that might make people think they’re granting their permission or performing other actions within your custom screen.
I do not believe that we're showing a pre-alert message since we're showing numerous options and allowing the user to pick and choose. Oh well. This new onboarding has improvements in other ways, and maybe is _more_ clear about permissions and what they do, so lemons into lemonade I guess.

Early beta days, I can't tell if the entitlement is all that we need, because I need the notification settings in the simulator which really doesn't like mutated-while-compiling entitlements. It's possible once we switch to Xcode 13 this may not need to be mutated at runtime, and the setting can go away and it'll all be happy.
Refs #945. This will not be available until we switch to compiling builds with Xcode 13, regardless of when it is merged.

Adds a "Focus" binary sensor which is on when focus is enabled. This updates live, even when the app isn't running, via Intents.
