The -m/-F/-c/-C options to supply commit log message from outside the
editor are now supported for all "git commit --fixup" variations.

* ec/commit-fixup-options:
  commit: allow -c/-C for all kinds of --fixup
  commit: allow -m/-F for all kinds of --fixup
