Junio C Hamano 2683b77152 Merge branch 'za/completion-hide-dotfiles' into jch ...

The path completion for commands like `git rm` and `git mv`, is being
updated to hide dotfiles by default, unless the user explicitly starts
the path with a dot, matching standard shell-completion behavior.
