Ike ffebc0d792 [PM- 30370] [PM-28827] Add Salt to Auth and KM DTOs (#7239) 
feat: add `MasterPasswordSalt` to unlock and authentication flow

- Add optional `MasterPasswordSalt`:
    - `MasterPasswordUnlockAndAuthenticationData`
    - `RegisterFinishRequestModel`
    - `UserDecryptionOptionsBuilder`
- Add test coverage for explicit checks where appropriate in the above model updates
