feat: add `MasterPasswordSalt` to unlock and authentication flow
- Add optional `MasterPasswordSalt`:
- `MasterPasswordUnlockAndAuthenticationData`
- `RegisterFinishRequestModel`
- `UserDecryptionOptionsBuilder`
- Add test coverage for explicit checks where appropriate in the above model updates
