For reasons unbeknownst to me, https://github.com/audacity/audacity-support/tree/main/todo has the installing audacity page, and only that. The actual todo folder is at https://github.com/audacity/audacity-support/tree/main/contributing/tutorials/todo, and the relevant page is at https://support.audacityteam.org/basics/downloading-and-installing-audacity
