A lot of plugins can only be downloaded from musehub.

If one don't want's musehub, the plugins can't be downloaded.
I've got a problem with musehub, so I can't use it.

The OpenVINO plug-ins (by Intel) are also available from GitHub.

Most of the other 3rd party plug-in are available from the 3rd party's websites.

That leaves a handful of Muse Group plug-ins, all of which are optional with 3rd party alternatives.
