* For some reason that can't be explianed passing in a const string as
an arg to GS DLL caused exit code to be reported as non-zero (but files
generated). Address this by strdup'ing the appended "-dSAFER" argument.
* Added some example PS and PDF files to assist with testing (TODO :
clean up test script and check in).
