hostapd_s1g: (APP-3347, PR #778) disable channels 1/2 for dpp chirp
This is supposedly not properly supported by MM6108, and recent US BCFs have them disabled which causes issues. Approved-by: Sophronia Koilpillai Approved-by: Arien Judge Approved-by: Evan Benn
