a2e3d32968 linux: update qsv build instructions 
Added dependencies for debian, ubuntu, fedora, and centos.  I don't
know what the package names are for arch and gentoo.

I've only tested Ubuntu and Fedora.  I expect some platforms will not
have recent enough versions of libraries to support QSV properly.

7dc07bc325 docs: Add lbzip2 to Fedora dependencies. 
Some contrib tarballs are compressed with bzip2, thus we need lbzip2 for tar to decompress them. lbzip2 is not included in minimal Fedora installations.

ad9f2ac98a docs: Simplify and fix latest Flatpak docs. 
The current commands are broken because it adds a system wide repo then tries to install as a user. This just combines them into one command which is all thats needed.
