f5d29d71be Reworking the config to use what is in current use, the other had some strange quirks. I figure, start with what I know works and add on as needed. 
Fix buildscript packConfDone checker.

8b3ab4019b Automate the Build process and update to new buildroot 
This should allow for automated builds of the FOS system.  Update to
Kernel 4.5.4 and Buildroot 2016.05
