Peter Barker 512e9b1bf1 autoest: loosen accepted errors on GPS blended/EKF affinity test
the EKF solution is not staying withing 2cm of the GPS position.  2cm is really too tight when we're allowing randomness into the system anyway.

We'll still catch gross divergences, which is important.
